Everything perfect from start to finish! The moment we walked into the Micasa showroom, attracted by their very appealing designs, we were greeted like old friends and treated like family members and the whole experience of buying a kitchen was a pleasure from beginning to end. Overall, our experience with Micasa Kitchens has been hugely positive, right from the design phase to the delivery. Alex and his wife guided us through the design phase and weren’t pressured to commit on the spot, and they then helped us modify our design to suit our budget. After negotiating the final price we were given an installation date. After this things went like clockwork. We were kept informed of the progress and given confirmation of who was doing the installation. Several weeks before installation Alex visited to recheck the items ordered would indeed fit and not pose a problem during the install. The delivery organization was good and the delivery men were amazing. The installation team arrived at 8am, on the correct day, and the quality of work and materials surpassed our expectations. I can only say that using Micasa Kitchens has been a great experience, we were waiting for some element to go wrong but nothing did, plus our beautiful kitchen look fabulous. Top job, Great staff and I would highly recommend Micasa kitchens to anyone.
