This was the first time we've used Poolcraft and we only found them by referral...what a difference from the local pool stores!! They were professional - they walked us through the process each time and successfully repaired our pool...finally! It turns out we had been sold a sand filter for an above-ground pool... We had a pool company close our hot tub for the winter one time when my husband was ill and the lines froze!!! We bought a new hot tub, but should have just had that one repaired. We were in a vulnerable position at the time. Wonderful service!!!
