Water in the toilet bowl was low. No parts were required. Fix took less than 15 minutes. Was told this is a “bandaid” repair with no warranty. Price seems excessive.

Hi Alison, thank you for your feedback. Our Technician provided you with various options to meet you service needs. All pricing was presented upfront before any work commenced. Only once you chose a service option and instructed the Technician to proceed with the work, did he do so. In the future however, we would strongly suggest that if you feel our pricing doesn't work for you, not to instruct the Technician to proceed with the repairs.
