First time power outage occurred pumpsitter did not work. Company said it was because I needed an additional outlet for pumpsitter since outlet was overloaded. Put outlet in when had second outage once again, pumpsitter did not work. Said I needed to have had it serviced so battery did not work. Third outage I had one year later the pumpsitter did not work. Company could not understand why it did not work a thrid time. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Pumpsitter.never worked. After three failures over several years got rid of it and bought generator. Company had excusees first two times but not third time. Threw oout and bought Honda generator. First time said need electri cian to set up separate outlet.. second time said I neglected annual service and third time said did not know.e
