Pros: -quick, efficient and reasonably tidy services -retaining wall was removed without breaking anything and was reinstalled nicely- it looks the same as before it was removed -fair contract price and actual price as the solution came in below contract price (the contract was for 21 linear feet of waterproofing but the end result was 8 feet of waterproofing) -30 year warranty is transferable Cons: - sales person should have offered two options with the estimate - the spot treatment and the entire rear wall and this should have been coordinated with owner/crew so they were no surprises on day 1

I hired North Star Roofing to replace my leaky roof. It was really great working with Mike. The work is excellent! The guys were great--worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. All around dedicated and friendly service!
