It was great working with Mike. He provided us with excellent advice on installing a laminate flooring that was cost effective while making our main floor look current. Ryan did the install and was superb! Arrived on time and completed the install in a timely fashion. Then helped with a bunch of small details to ensure we were 100% satisfied. We noticed something after he left and he was back the next day to ensure it was done to our satisfaction. Great company to deal with for sure.

Harrison and Ricardo were excellent. They arrived on time, very thorough in what they did and finished in a timely fashion without rushing their work. Excellent people to deal with! Thanks for doing a great job.

I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet and Flooring. Professional and customer focused from start to finish in ever aspect. Mark visited our home and recommended the solution that was best for us, not his business. We ended up going with his recommendation of carpet stretching for our bedrooms instead of carpet replacement. Jason did the stretching and he did an amazing job. He went the extra mile in every room to ensure the carpet was perfect. We cannot thank him enough for his great work and professionalism. Victorious is fortunate to have such a person dedicated to making the customer happy. He clearly loves what he does. So glad we chose Victorious!

We were extremely happy with the work that Nucu and Frantz did on our bathroom and kitchen. Each day they showed up they would cover the hall floors and stairs to protect our house, worked with minimal disruption to us and diligently cleaned up before ending their day. When we ran into an unexpected uneven ceiling and floor the extra work was reasonably priced and did not delay the project. He assisted us by providing some suppliers he works with which were excellent to deal with and have quality products. He and Frantz also went that extra mile by touching up our hall ceiling outside the bathroom. He was also kind enough to fill in the wall crack we had in another room that was not part of the quoted project. These are the kind jesters that I think are just second nature to Nucu. We highly recommend Splish Splash and would for sure hire them for any other projects we do in the future.

I read the reviews on HomeStars for a few companies before making my decision. I decided to call Joe from SNAP Pest Control as he received many excellent reviews. Joe said he would be happy to do the work however he told me if I have bed bugs then I should use Muhammad from Pest Solution Services as he is the best! I went with Joe’s recommendation. Muhammad returned my call promptly and was at my place at a day and time convenient for me. He calmly spent some 2+ hours going through all the rooms in the house looking for evidence of bed bugs. He then gave us our options and since we had a mild case he recommended a simple solution instead of the expensive treatment. It worked perfectly and we have had no instance of any bed bugs returning. Muhammad was professional, calm and sensitive to our concerns. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Muhammad knows his reputation is critical to his business therefore only offers solutions that work.
