Carl was very thorough and very patient answering all the questions I had. Odds on home inspection was able to give me an inspection time ASAP with same day thorough report. Also had pictures and thermal imaging. Very reasonable price for what you get. I was highly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
