Canadian nightmare. No heat on a -20 C day. Luckily; the fireplace kept the house warm enough overnight not to freeze. Fred came first thing on a Saturday morning with short notice.. Quick diagnosis; courteous, honest opinions and professional repairs at a reasonable price. For HVAC repairs; you want a skilled professional and it's obvious that Fred knows what he's doing. Will be recommending his services to friends and family.

We had a leaky sink faucet and we called this plumber on the recommendation of a colleague. He arrived promptly and was very friendly. He attempted a repair on the faucet; and warned us that there may be problems; however, in the end it was still a bit leaky (although better). He was a really nice guy (a senior) and charged a reasonable price for the 1.5 hours he was at our office. Even offered to take a look at the other sinks as well. Service and friendliness - great however, job not done completely to satisfaction.

If like me, you have a transponder/remote key for one of the new cars with push button start; prepare to be horrified if you ever lose the key. The dealers wanted $350 to replace and program the key. I found Narius who is the locksmith for this company to be able to get, cut and program the key at a significant savings ($200 total cost). He was friendly, answered all emails/contacts on time and since it is somewhat tricky to do; you want a good locksmith that knows their stuff. Recommended.

I have been using their services for the last 5 years. They are a small company and the owner does the cleaning although I have been annoyed in the past by occasion hires that he works with. They are timely and the job is done at a reasonable cost. I have had cleaners that are better in the past; but they come at a reasonable price for after hours cleaning (ie: they work after 6 pm) which is what I require. Although I have not been perfectly happy; they have done a good enough job for me to continue using them all this time!
