Our laundry machine was leaking and Eduard was able to identify the problem immediately. The laundry machine was set into an impossibly tight space in our condo and he managed to work around it and complete the repairs. Eduard made the entire experience extremely enjoyable and his transparency with what he was doing to repair the machine was reassuring.
