Great experience with Colin and Rob from Radon West. Highly recommend. The office team sent useful nformation packs before the job to prepare for the day. On site, Colin again explained the process with consideration, and provided updates along the way regarding what was found with the diagnostics, what was to be sealed, the positioning and sizing of the parts, fan, and outlet, and finally with the results. Mats were put down to keep the basement clean, and they left the basement as clean (or cleaner!) than it was before they started. As Colin told me it would be, the process was dust free, and there wasn't much noise throughout the day. They persevered to successfully seal a record-breaking sized hole in my basement floor, crawling into a tight squeeze area not easily accessed to get under the shower pan. The challenge with the hole, in particular, was much appreciated.

What a great experience dealing with Bryan at Dyna-Crete. I recently noticed some water-damaged drywall near the floor in my basement, and called Dyna-Crete for an assessment and quote on a potential repair. On my first call to him, Bryan gave unhurried advice and logical explanations as to what the problem might be for the background I provided. When on site, he took time to make a solid determination of the cause of the drywall damage. It turned out to be a leaking pipe, rather than what I thought might be from the crack on the outside. Really pleased to have come across a considerate and helpful contractor with a great approach to his work in Bryan. If I ever need help with a real basement leak, I'll be calling him back! Highly recommended for his approach and thoroughness.

Dealing with the Door House was an all around great experience. As in the other reviews, Al freely offered options and reasoning on his opinions in giving me a quote, and was not in a hurry during our discussion. On top of making a good impression on the phone, Al's quote beat the others that I received. He was able to come the next day to install the new opener, which was done with efficiency, friendliness, and with patience for my questions. The old parts were taken away for disposal. It's a real pleasure to deal with an approachable, sincere business owner who does good work!
