ONLY EPIC HOMES CAN BUILD HOMES LIKE THIS
1/2 inch difference in flooring height. Only EPIC Homes can screw this up One of the worst builder in Maple Ridge BC. I would get them to build anything or come close to your home.
Show homes look perfect. Your home will be less than perfect. The trades people complain of the finishing that they’re paid to do. lowest quality finishing that aren’t work a million dollars. check the better business bureau complaints. Same complaints at different projects built by Epic homes at different sites. The service department can’t send service persons out fast enough. You may have to wait months to even get a service date. They send out a handyman that is the”jack of all trades but not good at one.”
