After 25 years at looking at the same old kitchen – it was time for change. I researched many contractors and met with many counter top companies - in the end, Artistic Stone Design was the most professional and pleasurable to deal with. One would think that picking a counter top is an easy process, however, there is a method and education of understanding what you are choosing and I would like to thank Artistic Stone Design specifically Patricia. One can only imagine the different types of counter tops you can purchase from Quartz to Marble to Granite (etc). Patricia was extremely patient with me and really took the time to explain the differences and types out there. From warranties and how they apply, different alternatives and the bottom line....costs – she assisted me. Her many years of expertise within this industry definitely made my experience personable which allowed me to make the right choice for me. Keep in mind that before I came to a decision, she treated each visit as energetic from my first visit and really took her time to make me feel comfortable before I chose Artistic Stone Design. When I finally decided to move forward with ASD, Patricia guided me through every phase by setting my expectations from appointments to templating, installation, counter top setting, plumbing and even the different types of cuts - all this for a stone. She even went above and beyond to set time aside for me to walk into a marble/granite location to provide suggestions as I was very undeceive and wanted the the perfect counter top. I would like to point out that for those reading my review, my kitchen is just a normal in size as the next person but she made my every visit as the valued client I should feel with follow up on every step. In the end, I can’t even begin to tell you how extremely happy I am with the outcome of my kitchen. Thank you Patricia for all the time you spent with me. Amazing professional service! The amount of compliments I’ve received from my friends and family is rewarding and I love my granite kitchen counter top. I definitely recommend Artistic Stone Design
