I engaged David and his team to conduct extensive renovations on our property. These renovations ranged from adding new walls, construction of bespoke structures, stairs and additional minor works upon request. At every turn, his team impressed me. I often would give David very limited instructions without design, just an idea. He would always provide me with options and when I would come to inspect the completed work, I was always surprised that he had exceeded all my expectations. The work was always completed ahead of time, to an excellent standard and on or below budget. I could not recommend David reno any higher for any job. Great guys, excellent work and terrific value for money.

Constructed our new garage for us, was a straight forward project. Very Professional and clean quality work. Now can park our car in the new garage, the new concrete floor looks great unfinished and smooth.

We requested a quote for painting some doors in the house. were very prepared and organized everything was amazingly done in one day. This is a headache free service we received from Golden Touch Painting.

Emailed from yelp on a Sunday, was contacted in 5 minutes and they had an amazing service technician John that was at my door within an hour. He was super professional and very thorough. I needed custom oversized springs. John found the springs and picked them up Monday morning at 7am and was back at my place after that. Fixed the door, adjusted all the settings, tightened all the screws and oiled up everything. John worked super clean and was a pleasure to talk to. BTW they were less expensive than the 2 other quotes I received.

We had them put some pot lights in out kitchen, and were very happy with the service and results. They were friendly, clean, careful and efficient. The work area was left pretty spotless, and they were happy to answer any questions and discuss options, without trying to upsell me

This is the second time I've used Same Day Appliance Repair and have been very pleased with their service. Our tech John was very courteous and conscientious, careful to keep my tile floor covered with a cloth to prevent scratching. He was very efficient and capable. I would recommend to anyone needing quality and dependable service.
