Ronald from Division Air was recommended to me by a friend of my parents and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service he provided! Ronald helped us out with getting a new Air Conditioning system after ours broke this past Sunday. When he called me back after I left him a voicemail the first thing he said was that he was sorry for the time it took to get back to me. He then spoke to me about the people who recommended him to me as if we were old friends and then transitioned into asking me about the problem. I told him we had a diagnosis done on the AC and what the problem was, He then asked me if I'd like him to come out and take a look at our A/C and talk about possible options. He then went out of his way to keep me updated when he was running late and when he was on his way. Upon meeting him in person I instantly knew I could trust him and he was going to do everything he could for my family and I. The next day he sent a quote and he was at least $1000 cheaper than the other guy!! The next day after we agreed to one of his options, he was there ready to go and do the install. The entire time he was here he made sure I was fully informed about everything he was doing and he took time to just talk to me like a person and get to know me! He was just great! Very professional and very friendly! I honestly can't say enough about how happy I am with his work and his attitude on the job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work done!
