Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! At WPA we have a strict honesty policy and we will never try to sell someone something that they don't need. Thank you for letting others know about your experience with my company - when we go out to conduct a free inspection, we always try to let homeowners if they can do anything themselves to solve the problem, and in some cases our service isn't required. When this happens, we're happy to share our experience and knowledge to assist the homeowner, even when it's a situation where we won't be hired, because that's how we would expect service professionals to carry themselves if the problem was occurring at our home.
