I had a garage done with this company because they had great reviews. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I was under the impression that they would do the job correctly and that would be worth paying extra. In the end I did not get the quality I was promised, my garage has zero curb wall on the outside and corners were cut such as not painting the smart board on the exterior. The garage works fine but I would have gone with a cheaper quote if I had know the quality I would get with this company.

Thank you for the review, every feedback is very valuable for us!In regards to your concern of "garage has zero curb wall on the outside" The curb wall when measured from the outside should never be less than the 12" we offer with all our packages. The reason that at times it doesn't seem that way is that depending on the slope of the ground the curbs might partially end up underground. We typically assess the site and if we can avoid charging clients for unnecessary retaining walls we will. We also warranty our product against any elements to remain outside of the garage ensuring that the slab is high enough and the garage is protected.
In regards to the smart trim not being painted. Due to endless variation of colors available, we don't typically offer this service as part of our standard package. Rather we offer it when temperatures are warmer along with the general garage painting upgrade. The primed smart trim is shown on all of our garages and is also guaranteed against rotten defects in it's original state.
