Toby gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about installing central air in our home. We had to wait a little longer than hoped for the install date, but it being a hot summer that was understandable. The unit was installed quickly and is running great. The install team had to remove a baseboard in our home which caused slight damage - but it was necessary to update the thermostat.
