We recently signed up with TMC. Everyone we have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and so far we love our alerm system. After being with an alarm company that had constant issues and was charging us 45$ a month this is a refreshing change. We have so far not experienced any issues with our alarm. We had one minor problem with the system after it was installed. After calling into TMC we were quickly responded to and the issue was resolved right there on the phone. We are very impressed with our new alarm and will be recommending to others.
