Very expensive! Steamatic worked on my basement which flooded due to sump pump failure. Comparing their work with another company that did an excellent job two years ago, they turned out to be outrageously expensive, I think by a $1000 more. Cost was $3500, which didn't make sense in comparison (time and equipment). Call was made to them in a rush due to rental property. Will never use them again. Do not recommend them at all. We live and learn!
