Before we met Mehrzad, we have been working with another architectural firm and we were not satisfied with their high ego and receptiveness. Dadras Architects at the get-go created a comfort zone for us to express our ideas and plan for our pharmacy and medical office. Mehrzad told us that he listens and give us the best options and then the final decision is ours. We finished the permit drawings quickly and started the interior design process visiting the site numerous times to review the design and make decisions for the final layout and finishes. During the construction, Mehrzad reviewed the contractor's work diligently double checking site measurements, color selections, and finish material selections.
