Each and every aspect of the Casa Bella experience was outstanding beginning with Ronnie our sales rep. He was a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness was truly impressive. When visiting the showroom, Joanne made us feel welcome and was very helpful in providing her design advice and input in making our door decision. She is a true asset to the Casa Bella showroom/office. The installation crew (Ricardo, Rey, Dillan, Kyle, Chris, Manny, Josh and Mikey) were excellent installers. Ricardo was outstanding as the Team Lead...a true professional. The installation of our windows and door went very smoothly and we are very happy with the result. I don’t usually write reviews however I wanted to acknowledge Emilio and Aldo for the great job they did. The work was completed exactly as outlined in the quote. They left my home exactly as they found it. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. They also answered questions I asked that were unrelated to the work they were hired for. From past experience in dealing with contractors, I was a little skeptical but they proved me wrong. I would not hesitate to call on Emilio and Aldo again. They were a pleasure to deal with.
