He does a FANTASTIC job and I personally will not hire anyone else in the future...I have never seen work this detailed! Thank you so much Jerry!

Hossein and his boys are awesome! I had 21 potlights installed very professionally, quickly, and ending with extreme satisfaction! Price was very fair and very good lighting equipment used. I will be calling Hossein for all my potlight needs in the future! Thanks guys!

I waited a considerable time for my installation but I was in no hurry so not a problem. Quote was on the high side from five estimates but went with reviews. When window arrived, I knew that it was already too small compared to what I wanted. Let me explain...I requested a 54in by 76in window which required having the bricks cut out. The installer insisted the window would be too low and recommended I put in a 48 inch long window. I did not agree but he convinced me. When I looked at the window before installation, I knew it was too small (it was actually 46 x74), but we were committed. During installation, the window was being installed too low and I insisted installer raise it...he agreed. The installation was excellent and I do not have any complaints. Fortunately, I know how to do drywall and ended up having to finish it myself. I have read previous posts of people getting stuck having to do the rest of the drywall themselves, which is not right...window should be completely finished! The more I looked at the window, the more it bothered me that it was too small. I phoned Stan and complained about the window being too small and after a lengthy discussion, Stan said that his top priority was customer satisfaction and he wanted to ensure I was happy. I was told I would get a hefty discount from future window installation by Consumers. I was not happy about my window but it would involve way too much work to enlarge it and that would have been unreasonable so I agreed I would take him up on a future deal. This past spring, I called Stan and we had several discussions and two estimates to install more windows. I was VERY disappointed that Stan did not live up to his word and give me a reasonable discount....how do I know? I called three other reputable companies with products similar or superior to Consumers windows and their prices were almost the same as Stan's "amazing price that no one will beat". To add insult to injury, when I was about to just go for it and get it done, I find out that the frame would not be included and only the windows themselves would be replaced! My home is 13 years old and the windows were the very cheap builders windows. How can they leave the frames in when they are wood and not sure if they were even installed properly in the first place? I have had numerous friends visit my home and when I ask them if they see anything wrong with the window, almost everyone of them has stated, after a long look, that the window should be bigger. I could have accepted the situation more if Stan gave me an honest price for the new windows, AND, that they came with the wood frames!!! In conclusion, I am NOT a satisfied customer and will NOT recommend this company.

Excellent service beginning to end! Salesman was great and installers were excellent and friendly! VERY satisfied with the work and the look of the doors! Thanks guys!!! would highly recommend!

Bought a mattress and electric base from SCC in Brampton a month ago. The electric lifestyle base was badly damaged(still in the plastic) and I sent it back. Was sent another one a few days later and it too was damaged badly. I spoke with head office and although I had to be patient for a week, a new upgraded base was delivered. Throughout the ordeal, my sales rep Jackie was excellent and dealt with the problems very well and two gentlemen at head office(managers) were outstanding at dealing with the problem and rectifying it in a manner that left me very satisfied and appreciative. Regarding the original base, they will be reviewing it to see if they will continue to carry it. So although I was initially worried about the outcome of the transaction, they redeemed themselves fully in the end! Thank you SCC!!!

All staff very helpful and friendly. Good stock of products and good prices. Overall, very satisfied and will be a regular customer! Showroom could use some upgrade but just asking the staff for whatever you need should suffice! Thanks!

Had four concrete footings put in for my deck posts by perfect post in Brampton...VERY poorly poured, all 4 un-even and the worst part is they started to fall apart after a couple of years. I called them back and after finally repairing the problem, they messed it up even more!!! Then they treated me like dirt during my phone calls....NEVER AGAIN!!! POOR COMPANY!!!

Ramsey installed my glass door inserts approx. 7 years ago. I was told at the time if there is ever a problem, to call him. I called him today, and informed him my glass inserts have dust/dirt in them, they're fading and are starting to look bad, all inside the two panes of glass. He startled me by telling me I was out of luck and there was no warranty. As our conversation continued and I informed him (honestly) that I gave at least 20 people in the area his number after they saw my inserts, he said the warranty expired after five years. Near the end of our discussion, he stated the warranty was over after 7 years...I had to check my phone recording after to make sure I had it right! In the end, he stated that there was nothing he could do except sell me two new inserts!!! Obviously, I am warning everyone to avoid these guys at all costs!!! They do NOT stand behind their product!
