Unlike other HVAC companies who never even bothered to return my call, Mansoor (Oria Heating and Cooling) answered himself on the first ring, agreed to come over that same evening, and was able to solve my problem and have my AC back up and running before he left. His service fee was very reasonable plus he gave me some great tips to maximize my AC’s efficiency. I would highly recommend Oria to my friends and colleagues. Mansoor was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. A pleasure to deal with.
