Serge and assistant showed up as planned and performed the winterization work efficiently and for a reasonable price. I plan to use him again in spring to relocate some sprinkler heads.
Builder's original shingles were faulty and in fact are now the subject of a class-action suit in Canada and the US. Shawn inspected the roof, found my leaks, identified the faulty product, made temporary repairs to stop the leaks and then replaced the entire roof. He and his crew did a fine job, fairly neat, and there are no longer any leaks - thank goodness.

Charles is a real craftsman. His work is outstanding, His prices are very fair and his measurements for carpet needed always are less than quoted by the others to cover the same area. Could all the others be inflating their measurements?
Both Darwin and company have been called many times for minor adjustment to gate. Darwin saw it but no follow up and - all my repeat calls have been ignored. They suck
We are very sorry that you feel in that way and thanks for bring the issue to our attention , we can assure you that we try always every possible way to satisfied our customer, unfortunately there are issues that are out of our control, When a customer have an issue, we send a carpenter or representative ASAP to check the nature of the issue and if is in our hands to help we always glad to help, in several occasions we had repaired and helped with issues not even covered in our warranty and only motivated for our strong commitment of excellent customer service.
