Rodrigo was AMAZING to work with start to finish. He takes pride in his work and has a lot of integrity. This man will not rest until you are pleased with the work. He was quick to reply to messages and punctual. We're extremely pleased with his work and the cost as well. Doing renovations in a condo can be extra challenging but Rodrigo did an excellent job communicating with us to ensure elevators were booked when they needed to be and to respect our fellow tenants/security. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future and have already recommended him to family and friends.

He committed to installing 3 new lights and switches along with replacing 3 lights for the price of $400. When he got here he told us he was unable to install the 3 new lights as we have concrete ceiling in our condo and there was no wiring or conduits. The frustrating thing about this was that I specifically asked if he wanted to come by before committing to the job in order to ensure that he could do the job asked of him and give us an accurate quote. He said that the travelling expenses/time were not worth it and reassured me that he could complete the job at the quoted price of $400. After replacing just the 3 lights, he still wanted to charge me full price for less than half the job. Obviously installing 3 new lights would be more work than replacing 3 pre-existing ones... I had to reason with him that paying him full price for less than half the job didn't make sense... He said that the price includes travel time and he would have quoted me at least $300 even if he were coming just to replace 3 lights. We agreed on $200, but we're pretty frustrated that he committed to this job and gave us an inaccurate quote. He also installed an exhaust fan and an outlet for us. They work but the outlet is just screwed into the inside of the cabinet above the microhood. He just drilled it there and said it would require removing the entire cabinet/microhood to get it flush to the wall. We were okay with it as people don't normally look in the cabinet above the microhood and told him not to bother. However, the final result is not what we were hoping for. He also came to complete the job a day later than he committed to because he was held up at another job. He was apologetic about that. We're not satisfied (2/5) and would not recommend (0/5).

Hi Peter, we apologize for any inconvenience. We were limited to what we were able to do in the end due to building policy and would not meet code.
We wish you the best.
