David was kind enough to come all the way downtown (Toronto) to do an assessment for us. Not only did he check, quickly but thoroughly, and relieve us of our fears that there might be asbestos in our new building, he was kind, knowledgeable and spoke to us in layman's terms. Then, he declined payment for the visit, because no problems were found and because he's just an all around awesome dude! I would recommend him a million times over! THANK YOU! Mike & Katherine
