From the time I submitted my request on HomeStars; VP Cleaning responded back the same day with a quote, and explanation of the quote and available dates for the service. The showed up on time, we're careful and courteous and did a fabulous job. They followed up as courtesy next day just to make sure everything was satisfactory...well run and well done from start to finish!
