I went instore to meet with a sales rep. Gurhemer. He was fantastic in explaining the various options available and helping me to narrow down to exactly what I needed. He reminded me about scheduling the delivery and the delivery team took it from there. The day before they called to schedule the delivery window. I was given a link to see where they were in relation of my order. Then the driver contacted me about two hours before to advise he was on his way. The delivery guys were very professional and unboxed the items before bringing them into my condo. All in all a very good experience for me.

Steve is great to work with. Great job coordinating all of the various workers to get the job done. Its done to code and looks professional. You can tell that Steve takes pride in his work. You will see from the photos I am including with this post. He assists you with getting the required paperwork done from Engineer Drawings to working with the City to get the Inspector approval. Steve will not pressure you with money tactics like others where they want a bulk amount upfront. Your written contract contract with Steve has all of the deposits and percentage of completion payments outlined. Lastly Steve will only take his final payment when the job is done. Its very hard to find good quality work and honest contractors these days. Thankfully Steve is one of the good guys out there! I will 100% use Steve again for any of my future projects.

I arranged to meet Maurice at my condo on Friday. He took the measurements, gave me the choices available and a price on the spot. I already had 2 quotes and he is price came in much below those I got. On Wednesday, he call me to arrange for delivery and installation. Took him a few minutes and he was done. He cleaned up after himself including wiping down the blinds and give a full demo and tips on how to care for the blinds. I recommend Maurice and his company based on the service and quality of product that I got. Thank Maurice!

From the start they were very professional with a quote and agreement on the scope of work. Once we decided on a date the work commenced. The crew is friendly, accommodating and do high quality work. At the end of each work day, they clean up and leave the site in a pleasant manner. Dealing with this company was a pleasure.
