Trilex originally installed their home monitoring system two years ago, covering windows, doors, smoke detection, water detection and low temperature detection monitor devices. They provided a thorough explanation of how the system functions and left us with all the necessary instructions to make full use of the system. Since then, they have been consistently helpful in answering our questions, in acknowledging and and taking into account our absences (eg. for vacations, etc.) away from our home, and resolving any issues (very few) that have arisen. All in all, we are very pleased with their services.
