Fought with company for 4 years to repair/replace our faulty air conditioner that was 2 years old at the time, all they did was top up the Freon for 4 years. Owner told me he’d repair/replace the unit once I write a letter for his lawyer, he is suing an ex employee. We did not want to get involved in his lawsuit as it had nothing to do with our air conditioner. He blackmailed me and refuses to keep his promise to fix or replace our unit that was under warranty when the issue started. Very shady owner and business.
