I hired Ryan for ultra low cut to make bath tub accessible for my mom. He showed up within the window he committed. Ryan took pride in his workmanship and finished a quality cut within two hours. Cleaned the area before leaving. Excellent work Ryan!!

I just had new steel roof, soffits, evetroughs installed last week. Stan and his crew are excellent to deal with from quote to finish. Installers were very professional, followed safety protocol and quality workmanship. Very pleased with finished look and the recommendations Stan and crew provided throughout the process

I got the sidewalk project done in July 2018 and decided to wait to write the review now for following reasons: - intial interaction with Giancarlo was good, project started and finished as planned. I was impressed with workmanship. Thank you and 4 stara for this!! - company lacks the " after sales service" I noticed cracks in concrete at two places and messaged Giancarlo, he didn't believe that crack is।possible and wantedd me to send pic I did and he never replied since then even I followed up many times and gave up! Then I decided to call in July this year to get quote for some additional work and give second chance, Gio wanted me send details of scope and pic and I did that right away and no reply. I msg him again last week and Gio asked " who am।I and what am I looking for" , I feel like company does not care for customers. I wish people can be honest and say " I am very busy and don't have time" instead of ignoring possible repeat customers

I hired Serenity Decks for PVC deck and I glad that I did go with them. It's been a great experience to deal with them from initial design/quote to finish line. When I was researching about good deck companies, Initially, I didn't short list them based on some reviews posted here however I decided to get quote. Olga was very professional and proposed very nice design. I was very impressed with her thought process in designing the outdoor space. Price was reasonable & inline with ongoing cost. Installation crew Charles and team really surpassed my expectations in making sure that it was according to city codes/ PVC product recommendations . Charles was very customer focus as well and kept me in loop with progress & any additional recommendations. Thanks team Serenity for building an amazing deck for us!!!

Very impressed with punctuality, professionalism. Shawn and crew knew exactly what need to be done to get leveled shed especially when concrete pad was not 100% leveled Price was very competitive and quality of work was superb.
