The team at The Floor Shop were excellent. They were more than accommodating when we had to change the installation timelines. They bent over backwards to help us by doing the project in two parts- bevause of a decision to also do a kitchen Reno. So they stored the wood for us. They were very understanding when we had to change the installation date several times. The entire floor was finished and the installers were excellent. They were efficient and helpful ! We were Very pleased with the work done. We Liked working with Ryan, project manager and excellent work done by painter, Matthew. Highly recommend them both . They had great suggestions and advice.! I would definitely hire them again.
