Marek and his crew walked off my project without completing the work. Tried on numerous occasions to resolve the issue with them, but this seems to be there normal practice. After leaving my project, they started another project and with the same results, did not complete the work. Legal action was taken against Marek & Beautiful Basements, during the trail date; Marek showed up at the court room, registered and then left. Judge continued with the trail and the decision for the settlement was in my favor. Marek has been given until May 24th, 2008 to reply with the payment awarded by the court. With my experience and many others, this company and owner is someone you should stay away from.
