I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional. For my initial appointment, Mike, I believe, sent a very pleasant young man to do the job. He arrived with 2 green garbage bags to hold his drop sheets (which were full of debris from a prior job, which ended up all over my bathroom) and 2 spray guns. Unfortunately, both spray guns were plugged solid. He worked on them for an hour to unclog them in my hallway. He felt very bad about that. He also didn't have a ladder so I had to get him mine from the garage. He was unfortunately, what appeared to be, very unorganized but appeared to be doing his best. I left him alone to do his job and after 3-4 hours, he was done, showed me the taped up tub/job and requested payment. I thanked him and before he left he told me to take the tape off in 24 hours. To my surprise, the finished job was not what I expected. I had reglazing done in a prior house and it was beyond perfect. Since I was leaving for vacation, I reached out via email and text to reschedule a follow up for repairs. I also sent the pictures attached. After frequent communications and 2 scheduled appointments to correct the JOB, they were no shows both times. 1st NO SHOW appointment, they never even attempted to reach out to reschedule for approx 2 weeks and only after I sent a few emails and left a few voice messages. 2nd NO SHOW appointment, and after voice verbal conversations to schedule a date when I was back from vacation, Nov 8th at 9 A.M, they also never showed and to this moment, never called me to reschedule. This is very unsetting because I've used contractors registered on HOMESTARS before and never had any issues. Maybe HOMESTARS should be made aware of this company. UPDATE: within a day of so of my initial review being posted, Mike from Reglaze Surgeons finally reached out. We were able to arrange a visit for the repair and the tech did show up however the outcome was not much better. I won't bother calling them back but I again, would definitely not hire this company. Their end result may be satisfactory for a hotel or hospital bathroom, but not someone's personal residence. Attached are updated pictures of their repair. They punctured 19 holes into my newly painted drywall to put up drop sheets. The results this time were massive drips in the glaze and still oversprayed. I also had to ask him to repair the caulking line on the tile floors as he didn't use tape and it was a very uneven messy line. Unfortunately it was impossible to totally fix. P.S., make sure the house is well ventilated if you do hire any reglazing company as the smell is overwhelming. I believe I should be refunded at least half of my money paid.

I would recommend Daniel and his company as his work is unique, He is the owner and for us, he was actually on the job doing the work himself with his helper all the time for us. He insured his worker and his work were completed properly and he was very professional. He's probably one of the hardest owner/workers I've ever seen. Good job Daniel. Donna and Father John
