We hired Lindy Architect for the second time, we were very pleased with the results the first time around where they designed a third storey addition. They were extremely quick to turn around a new set of permit drawings for our basement renovation which involves structural work. Their plans are very much in line with our objectives. As DIYers my husband and I were complete newbies to the world of architects and contractors. When we decided that we wanted to renovate our attic to create an extra room in our house, we realized we needed professional help. We were lucky enough to have found Steven and Annette to help us realize our project. They were lovely: prompt, pleasant, personable, professional, patient and last but not least, affordable. We were able to transform our unfinished attic space into a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Our third floor is now a beautiful sanctuary, a testimony to Steven and Annettes expertise!
