Similar to other stories? Joe installed out AC unit 4 years ago, it’s never worked properly since day one. We’ve had to call him numerous times (20 times at least), it’s always leaking, he always says he’s repaired it and then sure enough it happens again. Sometimes he shows up, sometimes he doesn’t. We finally caved and called a professional to fix it. Joe is getting off easy but he wore us down. We don’t have the paticence or the time to deal with him. Avoid at all costs. It’s worth paying more to have things done correctly.
