Gelderman has done our landscaping for the past three years. This past summer, the landscapers have not only ruined several items in our backyard ie (run over kids sandbox unbrella with lawnmower, broken the hose holder, broken a hose, damaged the latch on the gate etc.)they have also been negligent in closing our gates to the yard with a pool which has become a huge safety issue. It took a few phone calls & visits from the so called "manager" of our site to get them to point out all the weeds in our flower beds that needed to be removed & shrubs and bushes that needed trimming (all of which were outlined in our contract). This hadn't been touched for the first three months. The gentleman who introduced himself as the "owner" of Jan Gelderman, "Nathan" was extremely rude and unapologetic towards any of our concerns we may have had. The other gentleman "Jason" who was suppose to be managing our site, neglected to tell the truth in front of his superior to cover his lack of attention on the site. Its incredible that they remain in business. Overcharging & not producing...I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
