In the summer of 2016 we purchased a sliding glass patio door and a nicely designed front window from Milano Windows & Doors. They gave us a good price, & they did the installation right. On July 26th, 2018 our Patio Door for some reason or other "Shattered", the integraty of the door held, but their were a lot of hair line cracks throughout the door. I then contacted Anna of Milano, and informed her of our situation. She asked if I could send her a photo of the damage, which I did. She then got back to me saying that the factory would replace the door, and we arranged for a future installation of the new patio door. Milano installed the new patio door at no charge to us. This company has Class, they are not a "Fly By Night Operation", & Yes I would recommend them.
