- [ ] With the cost of rising real estate, it is difficult for young family to purchase a home. With that being said, eight weeks ago my husband and I had to remodel our partially finished basement because our son and his family were moving back home. We had only six weeks before they move in. So we contacted York General Contractors on Homestar. Ronnie and Mo came to our home to give us an in home estimation. They were very professional and had a clear understanding of what we needed. They took measurements and made suggestions for the kitchen and other areas in the space . Over the course of seven week, Mo and Ronnie put in a three piece bathroom with three recessed lights , a walk-in closet with a recessed light and accessible by a pocket door, a full kitchen and remodel the already existing living room with 16 recessed in th ceiling , new railings for the stairs, laminate flooring throughout the space, remodel an existing bed room with a recessed wall for our dresser, sound proofing in the ceiling ,insulation throughout the space and a new layout and hook up for our laundry area, in the now much smaller furnace room. The finished space is exquisite. The time and effort they put into their work produce a beautiful end result. During this time, Ronnie and Mo became a part of our family. They are very trustworthy and honest. We felt very comfortable leaving them in our home as we both work. We’ve formed a life long bond with Ronnie, Mo, Mina and Mary. We will hire them again in a heart beat. My husband and I are now living comfortably in our new basement and our son and his family are living in the rest of the house with our youngest son.
