Spoke with Kevin at Quality over the phone based on their Homestars reviews. They make you feel like part of the family right off the bat. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me just explaining different things I had questions about. I invited him to give me a quote and was very pleased. I had the AC installed a few days later.
