Company owner was very generous in replacing the windows where the seal had sagged. Did not charge at all. Worker who came out to replace foggy windows was rather disorganized. Replacement windows were very slow to arrive after ordering due to mistake in order.

Two great young guys worked up in our attic and were very pleasant, very clean. Company owner checked on work to be sure we were satisfied Lights are very high quality and have not yet had to change a bulb.
