Called Mike from Gotcha Covered for second time to help us choose blinds for two large windows. We had used this business in the past and were very satisfied! Again, we were not disappointed. Emails and phone calls were answered within same day and consultations were completed within the week. Mike listened to our needs and gave candid feedback on our initial choices. He helped steer us towards options that was most suitable for our requirements (i.e. privacy, ease of use for a wheelchair user while still being a stylish natural look). Quotes were very reasonable and fair. Installation was completed within 3 weeks and finished cleanly and expertly. Dealing with a business that offers excellent responsiveness, does not push to sell, and who are consistently honest with feedback is so refreshing! Covid-19 rules were respected, and mask and safe distancing were always practised.

Overall we were very happy with the entire process and experience. We obtained four quotes from other businesses and chose Milano for the following reasons: 1) best reviews, 2) guaranteed timeline, 3) best price for triple glaze windows, and 4) they participated in Green On initiative ($5000 rebate). Mathew (Director) and Anna (Administrative support) were always very professional and stayed involved and connected with us from beginning to end. The guy who measured the windows (Alex) was also very skilled and scaled the house like spiderman making sure every window was measured correctly. The installers ( K and S) are masters at what they do and both worked very hard (long days) ensuring the windows and doors were ready for "showing off" in two days as promised. We truly love the quality of the windows, the sensible functionalities, and of course the surprise wide casings that frames the windows so beautifully.
