Gail in Calgary

I was shopping for new carpet for my condo and stopped in at Flooring Superstore N.E. Calgary. I spoke to a Tim and explained what I wanted and he showed me the perfect carpet for my needs. He was very helpful and I left a very happy customer. A young man named Amin was the installer. He was very polite and obviously very good at his job. He cleaned up the leftover fibres before he left and left me some leftover pieces I requested. I am very satisfied with the service from start to finish and would definitely recommend this company.

We had 5 windows installed October 2017 and we absolutely love them. From Brandon who gave us our initial quote to the installers and then recently when we needed minor maintenance we were very impressed. We called in recently for a check on our locks and Alex( I hope the name is right) showed up very quickly and resolved our problem very efficiently. He had to order a part and again very quickly Orest showed up. We can’t say enough about how impressed we were. These young men were very professional and polite and represent their company very. They are very knowledgeable in the work they do and it was clear how much they enjoyed the work they do. They even cleaned the windows they worked on before they left.
