Nice product, bad customer service in Barrie

Fabulous service - no one else could have gotten us this range as quickly. We were promised a delivery date of Feb. 24th and it just arrived - I'm thrilled! The drivers were here exactly when they said they would be, and were speedy, polite and very careful with both the pick-up of the old stove and delivery of the new one.

I purchased some decorative tea light holders - great. My first experience however was pretty bad. I saw a floor lamp I liked - someone came over to see if I needed help. When I asked if the lamp accommodated a tri-lite, she said that others had asked the same question but she didn’t know the answer and promptly walked away. So much for that.
