Roman was very responsive and kept us up to date on the status of our back ordered locks. As soon as they were available he came quickly on a Saturday. Installed 2 smart locks and showed me how to configure them, rekeyed them to our existing lock and also installed an unplanned passage Handle. Very polite and respectful of our house. Would highly recommend!

Gears broke on our 10 year old opener. Just age. Couldn’t close the door. Dodd’s, like last time, came within 4 hrs, fixed opener, tightened up chain better than it was before, Greased the tracks and were done in 30-45m. Very efficient, reliable, and honest company.

Michael and his team were very respectful, efficient, and unbelievably clean, given they had to scrape off an old tar and gravel roof. They took apart a large deck to redo roof and put it back perfectly. I am no expert on roofing but the first rain we’ve already had tells me that the work they did accurately solved our issues. Highly recommended.

They showed up on time. Very efficient. Very polite and respectful. No hidden costs. Lots of horror stories about the moving industry. Don't worry about any of those stories of you guys these guys. Very honest and straightforward.

Came back from vacation to a horrible smell in basement and live maggots in our fireplace. Pretty disgusting. Derek got back to us within a couple of hours on the Sunday of the long weekend and came on the Monday of the long weekend. He was right on time, dealt with the issue very quickly. He then put a mesh cap on our chimney to ensure it didn't happen again and checked our flat roof for any other potential animal issues. He was very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. Price was exactly what he quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend SWAT to anyone.

My parents door fell off the track in extreme cold weather with lots of personal belongings in garage. Easy Flip came by within 1/2 hour. Spent about 1 hour fixing it. Completely upfront about service call cost ($60) and that parts would be extra. Total price was very reasonable and job was well done considering age of door. Would highly recommend them.

Josh quoted low, was very polite and showed up with his mom! Don't buy any of it. The roof started leaking within 6 months and he never showed up to fix it, even when he promised. Finally, got quotes to fix it and everyone was surprised at how badly it was installed. He probably used 2nd hand membranes because there were holes in it. He didn't take off the flashing but glued the new membrane right on top. He knocked electrical/phone wires so they came down and were touching the garage roof, but refused to call anyone to fix it. The only way you could get a hold of him was to call from a number he didn't know (so he thought it was a potential new customer to rip off). He is unscrupulous. The neighbour who liked his price and got their roof done had $1000's of damage due to extensive leaking. i think they finally got him to send someone to fix all the internal damage, but they had to completely redo their roof properly a year later with another contractor.

Animals (unknown) got into 3rd floor attic and ripping out insulation. Chris came by (on time) and told us that whomever did our roof last year did not fully seal it and left out the metal. He offered to take pictures with our camera before sealing it himself so we could let the roofer know. He quickly sealed it off, put a one way door on for a couple of weeks and was off. We've also been having problems with raccoons tearing holes in the new rubber membrane roof, causing severe leaking. I called Chris 2 weeks later to ask advice on how to keep them off the roof, and he was glad to offer it. I would highly recommend him.

Phoned and asked for a new opener to be installed as per their sale flyer. Guy shows up and says that I need new wheels and springs, so a new opener will be useless. Paid $300. Then 8 months later, same problems. I call for warranty. They say, its not the wheels and springs this time.it the gears and I need a special surge protector. They still don't want to replace 15 year old opener! PAid $250. Then 5 months later they qute $250 for a new chain and cable! I got a company to replace cable and fix chain for $100. The new company was shocked I kept fixing such an old system. Am I a sucker? Yes. Are they scammers for taking advantage of client's trust. Definitely. The repairmen probably get a cut of what hardware they sell. Some firms pay their repairman strictly by the hour. Go to an hourly firm rather than Pro-Master
