We had Russ inspect a detached home we were purchasing. We are not handy people and do not know our ways around the "hardware" of a house. Russ took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the condition of the house. He provides expert yet realistic insights to what needs to be repaired, and what are minor issues. We felt this helped us to prioritize what renovations we should do first, rather than just having a laundry list from a report and not knowing the priority. Would highly recommend if you want to be engaged in your own home inspection.
