Lots of miscommunications between customer and the office. I think they would be great if someone would step it up in the office. It is very frustrating as a consumer; however, the technician who came to do work worked quickly and efficiently.

Not happy with the job they did on my carpet. I went to inspect it the next morning and there was crumbs and dust and dirt all along the edge of the carpet. I arranged a service call to return and reclean carpet and were very rude to me when they arrived the second time and ended up not recleaning the carpet and blaming the debris on "carbon marking". I would NOT recommend this company to clean your carpet. Rent a Rug Doctor. Also, chipped paint on my newly painted wall.
