We had Darcy do a patio at the lake for us. It was a raised patio with a fire pit. After two years the patio started to sink and fall forward. I called another contractor and he said he didn’t use the correct Allan blocks. He should have used blocks that hooked together. He also used beach sand for leveling.... plus weeping tile was done wrong... it is falling apart and a complete do over... after numerous unreturned calls to Darcy to come and fix it I have given up. . Be careful he does not know how to do patio’s or retaining walls. He also does not stand behind his work.
