Booked Junk Squad online early June for end of July. Never received a confirmation that they received my booking. Contacted the company days later to be rudely told they had not received it. After a few minutes, the young man confirmed they had it but do not work on Sunday so I rebooked for the Monday. He also told me someone would call the day before to confirm. The morning Junk Squad was to arrive I called to confirm as no one called as stated. I was told they had no booking for me. After a few minutes I was told yes they actually had it and a truck would be at our house at 3:30. At 12:00 I received a call saying the truck broke down and I would need to rebook. I explained that was not possible and could another truck not be sent. Unfortunately there was no other truck. This company is unprofessional, unreliable and non dependable.
