I just wanted to tell everyone about the amazing experience I had with Pratema & First Choice Fence. Knowing that fence contractors get booked up well in advance I started checking out companies to do my fence replacement the end of January 2015. I contacted 4 companies based on their Homestars reviews. Two companies never called back. One made appointments to come for an estimate but kept putting them off or cancelling at the last minute & rescheduling –due to weather & various other excuses…over & over. Then there was Pratema . We spoke on the phone & she came over for the estimate when she said she would even though there was a snow storm. She gave me various options & pricing for the 62 FT fence I needed replacing & a written quote on my choice. Since the ground was still frozen I was told the approximate timing of the install. She kept in touch throughout the spring & we made final arrangements once the mud had dried up. Since I have 2 giant dogs she ensured the install was done in 1 day vs the usual 2. Her crew was there on time-went straight to work & was fast & efficient. The old fence was removed-the posts set in cement & the fence up by around 4pm. The crew cleaned everything up & the yard looked better than when they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Pratema & First Choice Fence & will be calling her for the rest of the fencing next year!

I am a first time home owner & my new (old) house needed a back deck badly. I called numerous deck contractors from Toronto for quotes. Most didn't bother to return my calls. Of the few that did get back 2 made appointments to do an estimate & never showed & 2 actually made it for a quote. After hearing the astoundingly high prices I started looking outside of Toronto. I found Jason's web site & loved his work so I gave him a call. Well he came down from Durham region & gave me a quote that was at least 1/2 of the Toronto quotes & that included travel time & gas!. He was great to work with. We tweaked the design of the deck & pergola a few times till I had exactly what I wanted. The job was done quickly & efficiently. Jason is a perfectionist & is shows in every inch of this deck. He even helped me install a new kitchen faucet while he was here. I'm thinking of doing an extension on my little house next year & will be contacting Jason for the job. Thanks Jason You made my summer!

I am a 1st time home owner & inherited a crumbling driveway. After calling several places on HomeStars & Yellowpages.ca the people at Mancuso returned my call promptly.Frank came over to look at the job & worked around my other contractors time lines. The job was done in 2 parts which worked out perfectly for my deck builder. The final phase was done on one of the hottest days this summer & it went smooth as silk. It was a pleasure dealing with Frank & his crew. My neighbours were so impressed they asked for a quote too. Thanks Frank & crew You made my house look new again!
